一般而言跨国公司通过资本积累、技术进步、就业、贸易机会的扩大以及经济长期稳定的发展等来影响一个国家的经济增长进程。但是这其中既有正面影响也有负面影响。本文分析了跨国公司并购我国企业的正面效应和负面效应,旨在警示我国企业在应对跨国公司并购行为时,要辩证地对待,既要考虑要并购行为的积极性,更应该谨慎并购行为的消极性,以达到保护本企业及国家经济的目的。
In general, transnational corporations influence the economic growth of a country through capital accumulation, technological progress, employment, expansion of trade opportunities and long-term and stable economic development. But this one has both positive and negative effects. This paper analyzes the positive and negative effects of MNCs acquiring MNEs in China. This paper attempts to warn Chinese enterprises to deal with the M & A activities of transnational corporations in a dialectical way. It not only considers the enthusiasm of M & A behaviors, but also the negativity of M & A activities , In order to achieve the purpose of protecting our business and the national economy.
