目的研究检测尿汞的检验方法。方法采用高压消解-原子荧光分光光度法测定。结果尿汞在0.05μg/L~20μg/L的线性范围内,线性良好,工作曲线相关系数r=0.999 3,方法检出限0.05μg/L,精密度1.98%~3.65%,回收率89%~109%。结论此方法适用于基层实验室检测职业露人群尿汞的含量。
Objective To study the method of testing urine mercury. Methods High pressure digestion - atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry. Results The urinary mercury in the linear range of 0.05μg / L ~ 20μg / L had a good linearity with a correlation coefficient r = 0.999 3. The detection limit was 0.05μg / L, the precision was 1.98% -3.65%, the recovery was 89% ~ 109%. Conclusion This method is suitable for the detection of urinary mercury in occupational exposures in primary laboratories.
