塑造良好的企业形象,最根本的就在于培育良好的企业精神。企业精神作为企业的精神支柱,是企业在长期的生产经营实践中逐步形成的,并经过全体职工的认可信守的理想目标、价值追求、意志品质和行为准则。企业精神不应是企业决策层“闭门造车”的随意杜撰、主观想象,要求职工追求和信仰某条口号或警句,这样的企业精神不能全面概括企业长期形成的理念特征,容易使职工有“强制感”。企业精神也不应是在任何时候、对任何团体及个人都适用的、笼统的口号,这种口号式的“企业精神”,决不会产生精神动力,更不要说具备识别能力。
