通过烧结杯试验结合热力学计算,分析烧结矿显微结构,研究承德中钛型钒钛烧结矿液相生成量的影响因素。结果表明,碱度提高促进Fe2O3与Ca O发生反应形成铁酸钙,液相量增多,改善烧结矿的质量;随着配碳量的增加,烧结过程中产生的热量增加,有利于硅酸盐类高温液相的生成;Ti O2含量增加,Ti O2会优先与Ca O反应生成钙钛矿,抑制性能较好的铁酸钙的生成,生成的钙钛矿分散在渣相与铁矿物之间,削弱了硅酸盐的黏结作用以及钛赤铁矿与钛磁铁矿的连晶作用,导致烧结矿的液相量随之减少。
Through sintering cup test combined with thermodynamic calculation, the microstructure of sinter was analyzed to study the influence factors of liquid phase formation in Chengde Zhong-Ti vanadium-titanium sinter.
