上海郊区农村基层干部队伍性别比例、年龄结构基本合理,普遍具有事业心和社会责任感,在现职岗位上思想较为稳定,但同时也存在知识结构不尽合理、综合素质不高、工作作风有待改善、管理和激励保障机制不够完善等不足。为了提高基层干部队伍素质和管理水平,应当加强和改进干部选拔、任用和管理机制,注重干部队伍的综合素质建设,加强和完善相关激励保障机制。
