本研究针对籼粳亚种间制种存在的花时不遇问题,选用了不同类型和来源的品种44份,从中观察筛选适合于籼粳杂交制种即花时相近的种质资源直接用于亚种间杂交制种,克服籼粳制种时由于花时不遇而导致产量偏低的矛盾。初步筛选出NJTQ-2和NJDS两个籼稻品种的花时高峰比同天开花的籼稻品种迟60~90分钟,接近于一般粳稻品种;COLOMBIA和NJ84027两个粳稻品种的花时高峰比同天开花的粳稻品种早60~75分钟,和一般籼稻品种相仿.
In this study, we did not encounter the problem of inter-subspecific hybridization between indica and japonica subspecies. Forty-four varieties with different types and origins were selected for screening. The germplasm resources suitable for hybridization between indica and japonica were similar, Interspecific hybridization, to overcome the Indica-Japonica seed when the time-consuming and lead to low output contradiction. The results showed that the flowering peak of two indica rice varieties NJTQ-2 and NJDS was 60 to 90 minutes later than that of the same flowering indica rice varieties, which was close to that of common japonica rice varieties. The flowering peak of two japonica rice varieties, COLOMBIA and NJ84027, Of japonica rice varieties as early as 60 to 75 minutes, similar to the general indica varieties.
