2004年,我国发布了《卓越绩效评价准则》系列标准,这是我国质量界的一件大事,它标志着我国质量管理已经从“符合性质量”跨向“追求卓越质量”的发展阶段,从此开始了用现代的质量管理方法推动我国逐步迈入世界质量强国行列的历程。宝钢、海尔等一大批企业,先后获得国家质量管理奖、质量管理先进奖、提名奖就是有力的佐证。2012年发布了《卓越绩效评价准则》系列标准的修订版GB/T19580-2012,本文就其中的“资源”和“过程管理”内容进行分析。
