水工建筑物涵闸基础,往往座落在冻胀土地基上。规范规定:在冻胀土地基上,涵闸基础的埋深要超过当地最大冻深。采用深基础,其基础工程量往往占整个建筑物工程量的40—60%。冻深越大,问题越突出。而另外,加深基础也并不一定都能保证建筑物安全。黑龙江省绥化县津河闸,1.8m厚底板的冻胀上抬就是典型的例证。黑龙江省五十至六十年代修建的涵闸遭到冻胀破坏的比例是很高的。因此,在季节冻土地区强冻胀地基上,修建涵闸工程时,采用防冻措施,实现基础安全浅埋,对我国北方广大地区是一项具有重要实际意义的研究课题。本文从防冻方面,对涵闸保温基础设计进行探讨。
