介绍了为国内设计研制的首台塔式吊车主卷扬的可控硅直流可逆调速系统.该系统采用了错位无环流系统.避免了静态环流的发生.从而省去了4个体积较大的限流电抗器.系统采用了速度、电流以及电压反馈的三闭环自动控制系统.也同时避免了动态环流的产生,且系统具有十分完善的保护与故障信号系统.
This paper introduces the SCR direct current reversing speed regulation system for the first winch designed and developed in China. The system uses a misplaced non-circulating flow system. Avoid the occurrence of static circulation. Thus eliminating the need for four larger current-limiting reactor. The system uses speed, current and voltage feedback of the three closed-loop automatic control system. Also avoids the generation of dynamic circulation, and the system has a very complete protection and fault signaling system.
