在鲜花盛开的6月,我有幸以优秀通讯员的身份参加了全省档案报刊通联工作会议。整个会议期间,我感受到省局领导对《黑龙江档案》期刊的重视及对通联工作的关怀与支持;也亲身体验到省电力科学研究院、省电力档案馆全体同志为会议所提供的良好环境和优质服务。同时,学到了兄弟市县在档案宣传报道、档案报刊征订发行方面好的做法与经验。会议期间不仅见到了老朋友,还结识了新朋友,真可谓收获颇丰。的确,与档案工作相伴18年来,《黑龙江档案》就是我须臾不能离开的“兰台挚友”。在那里,我了解了党和国家关于档案工作的方针、政策,汲取了丰富的档案业务知识,增强了档案理论思维能力,使我由一名大学
