商业部系统副食品的优质产品评选工作,从1980年开始已进行了六年,它对促进商办工业企业推行全面质量管理,树立“质量第一”的观念,提高质量、增加产量、增添花色品种和改善产品包装等都起了一定的作用。今年三、四月间,商业部又对啤酒、果酒、配制酒、月饼、糖果小食品、酱油、腐竹、粉丝、食用淀粉、瓜籽和果汁等部分副食品进行了评选,有279个产品被评为商业部优质产品(其中有42个蝉联部优质产品)。从参加评选的产品看有以下几个特点: 一、选评的产品多、代表的面广。全国有26个省、市、自治区商业部系统的商办工业企业共报送789个产品参加评选。产品之多、代表面之广是前几年所没有的。二、产品质量好,不少县级产品进入部优行列。今年各地报送参加评选的产品,绝
