目的:观察高脂血症大鼠不同时期大脑中动脉神经肽Y能神经纤维的变化.方法:ABC免疫组化方法;结果:(1)定性观察:对照组各时期神经肽Y能神经纤维多呈网状攀附于血管周围,纤维较稀疏,并有明显的串珠状膨体;高脂组纤维亦呈网状分布于血管周围,较稠密,膨体清晰可见,这种变化见于实验组各时期.(2)定量结果:对照组各时期纤维密度无明显改变;高脂组7d即明显增多,虽然30d、90d有所降低,但密度均较对照组增多(P<0.01).结论:高血脂可促使大脑中动脉壁神经肽Y能神经纤维增多,这种变化可能与脑动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展有关.
Objective: To observe the changes of neuropeptide Y-containing nerve fibers in middle cerebral artery of rats with hyperlipidemia at different stages.Methods: ABC immunohistochemical method; Results: (1) Qualitative observation: The neuropeptide Y neurofibrils The network was clinging to the blood vessels around the fiber sparse and obvious beaded bulge; high-fat group also showed reticular distribution in the blood vessels around the more dense, bulky body clearly visible in the experimental group of various periods . (2) Quantitative results: There was no significant change in the fiber density in the control group at each time point; the hyperlipidemia group increased significantly on the 7th day, although the density decreased on the 30th day and the 90th day (P <0.01) Can promote the middle cerebral artery wall neuropeptide Y nerve fibers increased, this change may be related to the occurrence and development of cerebral atherosclerosis.
