Objective To investigate the adhesion characteristics of erythrocytes and endothelial cells in patients with transient ischemic attack and its influencing factors. Methods Flow chamber system was used to quantitatively study the effect of autologous plasma of patients with transient ischemic attack and healthy volunteers on the adhesion characteristics of autologous erythrocytes and normal endothelial cells. The effects of autologous fibrinogen and normal platelets on erythrocyte and Effect of normal endothelial cell adhesion properties. Results The numbers of erythrocytes and endothelial cells in each group were significantly increased after addition of autologous plasma. The numbers of erythrocyte and endothelial cell adhesion were significantly decreased after removal of fibrinogen. There was no significant change in the number of erythrocytes and endothelial cells after platelet removal . Conclusion Autologous plasma can significantly increase the adhesion between erythrocytes and endothelial cells, and the effect on the disease group is more obvious. Fibrinogen in plasma may play an important role. The effect of platelet on adhesion remains to be further studied
