本研究从大同、太原和内蒙古等地采集马铃薯块茎 ,分离到 2 4 0株内生细菌 ,通过离体抑菌作用测定 ,共得到 5 5株对环腐病菌有拮抗作用的菌株 ,占菌株总数的 2 2 .9% ,抑菌圈半径最大的可达 13mm。按抑菌圈半径大小将拮抗菌分为强、中、弱三类。从中筛选出 9个对环腐病等病菌具有较强拮抗作用的内生菌株进行了细菌学鉴定 ,结果表明 :118为荧光假单胞生物型V(Pseu domonasfluorescensbiovarV) ;110为短小芽孢杆菌 (Bacilluspumilus) ;0 85为嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌 (Bacillusstearothermophilus) ;0 6 9为草生欧文氏菌 (Erwiniaherbicola) ;0 4 3为草莓黄单胞菌 (Xanthomonasfragariae) ;A 10’、T3 为芽孢杆菌属 (Bacillus) ;H1 6为荧光假单胞菌(Pseudomonasfluorescens) ;116为短小杆菌属 (Curtobacterium)。
In this study, potato tubers were collected from Datong, Taiyuan and Inner Mongolia, 240 strains of endophytic bacteria were isolated. Fifty-five strains of endophytic bacteria antagonistic to ring rot fungi were obtained by in vitro antibacterial activity test, Of the 2 2 .9%, inhibition zone radius up to 13mm. According to the radius of the inhibition zone antagonistic bacteria will be divided into strong, medium and weak three categories. Nine strains of endophytic bacteria with strong antagonism against ring rot and other pathogens were selected for bacteriological identification. The results showed that: 118 was Pseu domonasfluorescensbiovarV; 110 was Bacillus pumilus ) 0 85 Bacillus stearothermophilus 0 6 9 Erwinia herbicola 0 43 3 Xanthomonas fragariae A 10 ’T3 Bacillus H1 6 is Pseudomonas fluorescens; 116 is Curtobacterium.
