在我国水电站建设中,埋藏式高压钢管具有重要地位。本文介绍对我国已建成的第一个埋藏式高压钢管进行的原型充水观测及其资料分析,主要内容包括实测的钢管应力、管道缝隙、围岩性能及外水压力等。在分析了实测钢管、混凝土和岩石联合作用情况的基础上,指出观测结果在一些方面与设计假定是不同的,并对今后设计、施工和运行提出了相应的建议。
In the construction of hydropower station in our country, buried high pressure steel pipe plays an important role. This paper introduces the prototype water filling observation and data analysis of the first buried high pressure steel pipe in our country. The main contents include the measured steel pipe stress, pipe gap, surrounding rock performance and external water pressure. Based on the analysis of the combined effect of the measured steel pipe, concrete and rock, it is pointed out that the observation results are different from the design assumptions in some aspects and the corresponding suggestions are put forward for the design, construction and operation in the future.
