降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)是目前已知体内最强的舒血管多肽,参与许多重要功能的调节。糖尿病微血管病变是糖尿病常见的慢性并发症,主要累及肾脏和眼,CGRP强大的扩张血管、抑制血管平滑肌细胞增殖、保护内皮细胞、抑制内皮素收缩血管的作用参与了糖尿病肾病的发展过程及糖尿病视网膜病变新生血管的发生并在两者的发生、发展中起了重要作用。通过研究CGRP在微血管病变中的变化趋势,可以为糖尿病微血管病变的早期诊治提供依据。
