培育学生的创新性学习品质是素质教育的一个重点内容。创造思维是主动、独立地发现新事物、提出新见解、解决新问题的思维,是创新能力的核心。在众多科目中,语文是最重要的文化载体和最重要的交际工具,是一门创造性极强的学科,它在培养学生的创造性思维品质上有着得天独厚的条件。一、了解阻碍学生创新性思维发展的根本因素创新性思维是人类心理活动的高级过程。我们必须全面了解阻碍学生创造性思维发展的根本因素。在现实的生活和传统教育阴影下,学生缺乏自尊心、自信心,缺乏好奇心、求知欲,缺乏坚毅、韧性。从众心理是受群体压力而在知觉、判断、行为等方面保持与众人一致的心理现象。
