以白姑鱼和宝石石斑鱼作试验,用荧光分光光度法研究芳族烃污染物在鱼体各组织中的分布。结果显示,芳族烃污染最严重的部位是鱼脂(油),其次是鱼内脏,供食用的鱼肉受到的污染最轻。对人体健康不会造成威胁。
Experiments were conducted on white fish and gem grouper using fluorescence spectrophotometry to study the distribution of aromatic hydrocarbon pollutants in various tissues of fish. The results show that the most polluted parts of aromatic hydrocarbons are fish fat (oil), followed by fish offal, and the fishes consumed for food are the least polluted. No threat to human health.
