本文论述了从我国某地含磷、铀矿石中浸出铀和磷的若干浸出方法。该矿石铀品位为0.12%,五氧化二磷品位为7.0%。由于矿石中有92.0%的铀赋存于耗酸的胶磷矿中,并有碳酸盐等多种耗酸物质存在,故该矿属于耗酸高、难处理的含磷铀矿。 经多种方法浸出实验的结果表明:先用磷酸,后用硫酸分步浸出的结果较好;当返回的磷酸量为矿样重量的60%,硫酸用量为矿样重量的25%时,铀和五氧化二磷的浸出率分别达到97.0%和88.7%。
This article discusses some leaching methods of leaching uranium and phosphorus from phosphorus and uranium ore in our country. The ore uranium grade of 0.12%, phosphorus pentoxide grade of 7.0%.
