通过热解两种聚烷胺基环硼氮烷制备了氮化硼(BN),1000℃的热解产物为无定形BN。采用一系列分析手段,如元素分析、红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和X电子散射能谱(EDS)等对两种先驱体聚合物热解过程中的结晶行为进行了表征。两种先驱体热解产物的化学组成接近,具有对称分子结构的分子先驱体得到的BN具有更高的结晶性能。这是由于对称分子的结构更加接近六方BN。此外,对结晶产物在空气中的抗氧化性能及惰性气氛中的高温稳定性进行了研究。
Boron nitride (BN) was prepared by pyrolysis of two polyalkylaminoborazanes, and the pyrolyzed product at 1000 ° C was amorphous BN.
