同样是受供应量和二套房贷缩紧影响,九堡和乔司本期成交量进一步下滑,比起上期的467套,本期两大板块的住宅成交量竟然不到300套。尤其是乔司板块,本期下滑非常明显,前期放量的东城丽景和连城国际总共只成交了33套。本期九堡板块个盘只有大家·多立方和九月庭院相对有些亮点。6月上旬开盘的九月庭院和7月初第二次开盘的大家·多立方,在本期都获得了较好的成交量,大家·多立方的103套和九月庭院的70套房源,撑起了板块70%左右的成交量。紧随其后的香滨湾花园和风林公寓都只有十多套房源,个盘分化进一步加大。
