In the past 20 years, the research of trace elements has developed rapidly. Much work has been devoted to studying the biological effects of trace elements and therefore notable advances in nutrition and toxicology research. To a certain extent, these achievements are due to the continuous development of analytical methods for the determination of trace elements. For the determination of trace elements in biological tissues, the main sensitivity and selectivity should be considered. Of course, fast, simple, cheap, wide range of measurement and the ability to simultaneously determine a variety of elements is also very important.
