人的全面发展思想是马克思主义整个思想体系的精华和核心。马克思主义人的全面发展思想包括人的需要需求、人的综合能力、人的社会关系以及人的自由个性的全面发展。要实现人的全面发展需要具备一定的条件:社会生产力的大力发展、社会实践的大力发展以及教育事业的大力发展。研究马克思主义人的全面发展思想不仅有助于我们正确认识和把握社会主义的本质,而且有助于我国社会主义现代化建设事业的发展。
The thought of people’s all-round development is the essence and core of the whole ideological system of Marxism. The Marxist theory of the all-round development includes the needs and demands of human beings, the comprehensive ability of human beings, the social relations of human beings, and the all-round development of the free personality of people. To achieve the all-round development of mankind, we must have certain conditions: the vigorous development of social productive forces, the vigorous development of social practice and the vigorous development of education. Studying Marxist people’s all-round development not only helps us to correctly understand and grasp the essence of socialism, but also contributes to the development of our socialist modernization.
