介绍了一种基于IEC 61850的数字化水轮机调速系统。该型调速系统将各种功能分布在不同智能电子设备(IED)中,通过站控层、间隔层和过程层与电站其他设备实现信息共享和互操作,减少设备的重复投资。电站和调度的各种指令和数据均是通过工业以太网传递,减少了电缆线的使用,也减少了因此而传导的各种干扰。该型调速系统的研制将有利于推进基于IEC 61850的智能水电厂的建设。
A digital hydraulic turbine speed regulation system based on IEC 61850 is introduced. This type of speed control system distributes various functions in different intelligent electronic devices (IEDs) to share and interoperate with other equipment in the power station through the station control layer, the interval layer and the process layer, thereby reducing the duplication investment of equipment. Various orders and data for power stations and dispatching are delivered over Industrial Ethernet, reducing the use of cables and reducing the variety of disturbances that result. The development of the speed control system will be conducive to promoting the construction of smart hydropower plant based on IEC 61850.
