以一种新的材料相变体积定量测量的方法,即比容差法,对2024铝合金热处理过程进行了测量与分析。结果表明:该方法对铝合金的固溶及时效热处理工艺的相转变,都可精确测量与分析。用其他测量方法验证结果表明:该方法精确,两者的误差在15%以内。在此基础上,以一个具体实例,应用比容差法对铝合金淬透性进行了测量研究。比容差法得到淬透层深度为49 mm,而硬度法得到2024铝合金的淬透层深度为45 mm,两者基本相同,相对差值约9%。由此可见,比容差法可用于铝合金不同冷速的固溶热处理工艺研究,这就为其热处理相变提供了一种新的精确且定量的分析测量方法。
A new method of quantitative measurement of the phase change volume of the material, that is, the specific tolerance method, was used to measure and analyze the heat treatment process of 2024 aluminum alloy. The results show that this method can accurately measure and analyze the solid solution of aluminum alloy and the phase transformation of aging heat treatment process. The results of other measurement methods show that the method is accurate and the error between them is within 15%. On this basis, taking a concrete example, the specific tolerance method was used to measure the hardenability of aluminum alloy. Compared with the tolerance method, the depth of hardened layer is 49 mm, while the depth of hardened layer of 2024 aluminum alloy obtained by hardness method is 45 mm. The two are basically the same with the relative difference of about 9%. Thus, the specific tolerance method can be used for the research of solution heat treatment at different cooling rates of aluminum alloy, which provides a new accurate and quantitative analytical measurement method for the heat treatment transformation.
