云南新华印刷实业总公司担负着全省中小学教材和部分本版图书及社会印件的主要印制任务,其产品质量的好坏,直接影响着企业的经济效益和生存发展问题。根据《中华人民共和国产品质量法》、《工业企业全面质量管理暂行办法》和《质量振兴纲要》的要求,我们在产品质量上加大了管理力度,从思想上,组织上,制度上加以落实。提高企业素质和管理水平,全面加强和改进质量管理,积极推行GB/TI9000—ISO9000系例标准,完善质量管理体系,以推动我公司的产品质量提高。通过几年来的努力和探索,我们在产品质量管理方面,已形成了企业自身的管理体系,摸索出了一些经验,并取得了一些成绩。具体做法如下:
Yunnan Xinhua Printing Industry Co., Ltd. is responsible for the primary printing tasks for primary and secondary school textbooks and some books and social printing materials in the province.
