目的通过过氧乙酸对嗜肺军团菌和大肠杆菌的定量杀灭试验,比较其对消毒剂的抗性。方法采用悬液定量杀灭试验,比较过氧乙酸对两种细菌的杀灭效果。结果 100 mg/L过氧乙酸作用10 min,可有效杀灭悬液内大肠杆菌;20 mg/L过氧乙酸作用2.5 min,可有效杀灭悬液内嗜肺军团菌。结论嗜肺军团菌对过氧乙酸的抗性远低于大肠杆菌,用大肠杆菌为指示菌评价过氧乙酸的消毒效果可用于对嗜肺军团菌的评价。
Objective To quantitatively kill Legionella pneumophila and Escherichia coli by peracetic acid and compare its resistance to disinfectants. Methods Suspension quantitative kill test was used to compare the killing effect of peracetic acid on two kinds of bacteria. Results 100 mg / L peracetic acid for 10 min effectively killed E. coli in suspension and 20 mg / L peracetic acid for 2.5 min effectively killed Legionella pneumophila in suspension. Conclusion The Legionella pneumophila resistant to peracetic acid is much lower than that of E.coli, and the disinfection effect of peracetic acid using E.coli as the indicator bacteria can be used to evaluate Legionella pneumophila.
