一九八三年,我厂接受了缸套夹具的设计制造工作,一九八五年用此夹具试制出几批缸套(图1)。经台架试验表明,基本达到产品设计要求。一、缸套加工工艺缸套毛坯采用深拉延熨平工艺成形(图2)。机械加工主要工序为:1.无心磨:精磨外圆;2.车、切底、翻边(车夹具);3.镗孔(镗孔夹具);4.珩磨内孔(珩磨夹具);5.内孔镀铬;6.珩磨内孔(珩磨夹具);7.车、抛光外圆。二、缸套镗孔夹具根据要求,共设计四种夹具(翻边、镗孔、珩磨、抛光),除抛光夹具外,其余都以缸套外径定位。缸套加工关键工序是镗孔,
