近日,由深圳市检验检疫科学研究院主导编制的3项深圳市跨境电子商务通关系列地方标准顺利通过评审,预计将于3月内正式发布实施。该系列标准是国内首批针对跨境电商通关检验检疫业务所制定的标准化指导性技术文件,标志着深圳跨境电商通关业务管理由“保守、无序”向“科学、有序、规范”转变,将对促进深圳市跨境电商规范有序发展、提升贸易通关便利化水平等具有重要指导性作用。
Recently, three local standards for customs clearance of cross-border e-commerce in Shenzhen led by the Shenzhen Inspection and Quarantine Science Institute successfully passed the assessment and are expected to be officially put into effect in March. This series of standards is the first standardized guideline for cross-border e-commerce clearance inspection and quarantine service in China, which marks that the management of cross-border e-commerce clearance business in Shenzhen is from “conservative and disorderly” to “ Order and regulation ”will have an important guiding role in promoting the orderly and orderly development of cross-border electricity suppliers in Shenzhen and promoting the facilitation of trade clearance.
