今年高考历史试卷第49题是就美国独立战争和拉美独立革命设计的一道问答题,跨度不大,切口不深,命题情境凭借课本,提问表述平直,能力考查集中于概括、分析、综合等基本能力方面,难怪考生面对该题感觉“平淡无奇”,自信答好不成问题.但评卷的事实告诉我们,预想与实际相差甚远.该题考生失分比较严重,江苏考生一般得分都在5～6分,批阅7万份试卷未见一例满分.该题考生失分的原因何在?是基础知识掌握得不牢,似乎没有道理,因为美国独立战争和拉美独立革命是中学教学的重点,其背景和爆发、经过大多数考生都是“耳熟能详”;是考生学科能力下降,也不是,因为评卷中发现考生的审题、分析、概括、综合等能力比以往都有较大提高.原因到底何在?经过研究,我们发现问题主要出在如下两个方面:
