以试验试件为原型建立了风电机组圆形基础有限元模型,对基础承载力非线性进行了有限元分析,基于基础承载力的确定原则,分析了圆形基础的非线性响应工作性态,并将分析结果与风机基础常用设计方法及试验实测的结果进行对比。结果表明,有限元分析结果吻合较好;薄膜力的存在造成极限平衡法的计算假定与实际受力情况不一致。
Based on the test specimen, the finite element model of the circular foundation of the wind turbine is established. The nonlinear finite element analysis of the foundation bearing capacity is carried out. Based on the principle of determining the foundation bearing capacity, the nonlinear response behavior of the circular foundation is analyzed. The results of the analysis are compared with the commonly used design methods of wind turbine foundation and the actual measured results. The results show that the results of finite element analysis agree well with each other. The existence of film force causes the calculation of limit equilibrium method to be inconsistent with the actual stress.
