利用高压液相色谱技术对黑龙江省不同生态区推广的优良品种 9份和利用生化标记遗传创造的加工专用型材料 2 0份 ,以及利用国内外基因融合的方法创造中间材料 10份 ,国外引入材料 2份等共 5 1份材料进行低聚糖和异黄酮含量的测定分析 ,分析结果证实 :品种的葡萄糖含量超过0 .15 %的品种有 8个品种 (系 ) ,蔗糖含量超过 6 %的有 13个品种 (系 ) ,果糖含量高的品种有 2个 ,低聚糖含量超过 3%以上的品种有 5个品种 (系 ) ,异黄酮含量超过 30 0 0 μg/g以上的品种有 2个品系 ,异黄酮含量低于 10 0 0 μg/g的品种有 3个品种 (系 ) ,这为进一步创造大豆加工专用型品种提供了基础材料
