我们通过培养来源于慢性胃炎患者胃液的染色曲霉,分离制备了包括杂色曲霉素(ST)、averufin(AV)和新产物5′-hydroxy-averantin(5′-HA)等代谢产物。并检测它们及其有关衍生物的致突变性。Ames试验表明:在0.1~100μg/皿剂量时,ST、O—甲基—ST、O—乙酰基—ST,不论有无S_θ存在,都显示阳性结果,而AV和5′-HA只是在S_θ存在时出现阳性;加S_θ时5′-HA和AV对TA_(θ8)和TA_(100)菌株的致突变性强度分别是AFB_1的0.02%和0.03%、0.04%,而ST则是13.75%和38.35%。在S_θ存在时ST、5′-HA、AV对CHL细胞染色体畸变阳性剂量分别是0.05、10.0、50.0μg/ml,不加S_θ,只有ST在5μg/ml时就出现阳性。染色体畸变类型,ST和AV以cte为主。而5′-HA以ctb为主。据此认为新产物5′-HA和AV的致突变性,远远弱于ST和AFB_1。
