本文研制了一种以可编程控制器(PLC)为核心器件并通过软件方式实现稳定CO2焊焊接电流的多因子自调整模糊控制器。该模糊控制器可以消除因电弧电压调节、网络电压波动、保护气体纯度或流量以及焊枪高度变化等随机因素所引起的焊接电流的偏差,达到稳定焊接电流的目的。焊接工艺试验表明模糊控制器具有良好的动态特性和很好的稳定性。
In this paper, we develop a multi-factor self-adjusting fuzzy controller with programmable logic controller (PLC) as the core device and software to achieve stable CO2 welding current. The fuzzy controller can eliminate the deviation of welding current due to random factors such as arc voltage regulation, network voltage fluctuation, purity or flow of shielding gas, and variation of torch height, so as to achieve the purpose of stabilizing the welding current. Welding process test shows that the fuzzy controller has good dynamic characteristics and good stability.
