汽车油漆车间(或工厂)由于车型种类的日趋增多,已有必要提高生产管理控制系统的效率。日本丰田汽车公司开发的管理系统,是在油漆车间内利用微机构成局部网,由分布在车间内的车身识别编号读取装置应用图象处理法自动地掌握每辆汽车的所在位置。其功能有:(1)调整汽车编程,以平衡装配作业的工时,并保证部件供应的稳定,(2)在涂面漆工序中油漆同种颜色,减少颜色改变频率,以节约油漆,(3)监控生产过程,以便管理库存和工艺流程,(4)向机器人(或机械手)和传送装置直接发出生产指令。
Automotive Paint Shops (or Factories) Due to the growing number of vehicle models, it has become necessary to increase the efficiency of production management control systems. Toyota Motor Corporation of Japan developed a management system, the use of computer in the paint shop to create a local network, the body’s identification number reading device located in the workshop using image processing method to automatically grasp the location of each car. Its functions are: (1) adjust the car programming to balance the working hours of assembly and ensure the stability of parts supply, (2) paint the same color in the varnish coating process, and reduce the color changing frequency to save the paint (3 ) Monitor production processes to manage inventory and processes, (4) Issue production orders directly to robots (or manipulators) and conveyors.
