用自制的肠内营养剂“液体膳”对术后病人行早期肠内营养(EN),并与肠外营养(PN)比较代谢效应;22例腹部中等以上手术后病人,随机分成EN和PN两组,接受1~7日治疗。结果显示,两组治疗前后平均血红蛋白、淋巴细胞计数、血清总蛋白、白蛋白、转氨酶、尿素氮无显著性差异。两组治疗前后体重平均下降程度,EN组-1.6±0.4kg、PN组-2.1±0.3kg,有差别,但P>0.05。两组术后第4天平均氮平衡,EN+0.49±0.61g,PN-0.59±1.15g,P<0.05有显著性差异;术后第7日,EN+1.08±0.37g,PN+0.52±1.44g,P>0.05,无显著性差异。
Early postoperative enteral nutrition (EN) was compared with parenteral nutrition (PN) with self-made enteral nutrition “liquid diet”; 22 patients with moderate to high abdominal weight were randomly divided into EN and PN. Two groups received 1 to 7 days of treatment. The results showed that there was no significant difference in mean hemoglobin, lymphocyte count, serum total protein, albumin, transaminase, and urea nitrogen before and after treatment. The average weight loss before and after treatment in both groups was -1.6 ± 0.4 kg in the EN group and -2.1 ± 0.3 kg in the PN group, with a difference, but P> 0.05. The mean nitrogen balance on the 4th day after operation was EN+0.49±0.61g and PN-0.59±1.15g, P<0.05. There was a significant difference between the two groups. On the seventh day after surgery, EN+1.08±0. .37g, PN+0.52±1.44g, P>0.05, no significant difference.
