目的调查市场销售的含阿胶类保健食品中氨基酸的含量,对其阿胶含量进行评价。方法采用氨基酸分析仪,测定31批含阿胶成分保健食品的17种氨基酸含量。结果 6批阿胶浆总氨基酸含量范围在0.508%~3.193%,3批阿胶颗粒总氨基酸含量范围在1.656%~4.080%,1批阿胶片总氨基酸含量为80.580%,21批阿胶口服液总氨基酸含量范围在0.000%~6.790%。结论本次调查显示阿胶类保健食品中的阿胶真实投料量较低,为展开评估阿胶类保健食品阿胶真实含量提供了基础数据。
Objective To investigate the content of amino acids in health foods containing donkey-hide gelatin (Ejiao) marketed by the market and evaluate their Ejiao content. Methods Amino acid analyzer was used to determine the content of 17 amino acids in 31 batches of health food containing donkey-hide gelatin. Results The total amino acid contents of the six batches of gelatin were 0.508% -3.19%. The total amino acid contents of three batches of donkey-hide gelatin particles ranged from 1.656% to 4.080%. The total amino acid content of batches of gelatin capsules was 80.580% The range is from 0.000% to 6.790%. Conclusion This survey shows that the actual donkey-hide gelatin dose in donkey-hide health food products is relatively low, providing the basic data for evaluating the real content of donkey-hide gelatin health food products.
