小型乙烯生产装置的往复式甲烷制冷压缩机出口气体中存在黑色粉尘,易进入冷箱造成堵塞,影响甲烷制冷并危及装置生产。在小试基础上,通过粉尘特性的分析和对滤饼层的形成、复合丝网多孔材料的过滤机理,以及油性黑色粉尘的反吹再生工艺等的研究,开发出刚性复合烧结金属丝网微孔材料及其过滤技术,并在抚顺乙烯化工有限公司工业装置上增设了一套以刚性复合烧结的金属丝网多孔材料为过滤介质,可在线反吹再生的过滤系统缓解了冷箱堵塞问题。

The filtration system of on-line backflushing and rejuvenation alleviated the clogging problem of cold box.
