1 概况莱钢炼铁厂3号高炉(120m~3)自1997年元月以来,由于各方面的原因,造成炉型不规整,从而造成炉内气流不稳定,高炉操作非常被动,产量低、能耗高、热制度等多项操作制度难以控制。虽采取多方面的努力但收效都不理想,没有解决高炉焦炭负荷比本车间其它同容积高炉焦炭负荷轻的问题。进入1997年10月份,炉况更加恶化,经常出现崩、悬料。1997年10月13日,再次对3号高炉进行炉况分析后,决定采用分装大料批作业。实践证明:分装大料批对3号高炉炉况是适宜的。分装大料批解决了3号高炉炉内气
1 Overview Since the first month of January 1997, the No.3 blast furnace (120m ~ 3) of Laiwu Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. has caused the irregular furnace shape due to various reasons, resulting in unstable air flow in the furnace. The blast furnace operation is very passive with low output, High energy consumption, thermal system and many other operating system is difficult to control.
