目的:建立紫萁贯众中总多糖的含量测定方法,比较不同产地和采收期紫萁贯众多糖含量。方法:采用硫酸-苯酚法显色,分光光度法在490nm处测定。结果:12个不同产地紫萁贯众多糖含量为1.22%~1.85%,同产地不同采收期紫萁贯众多糖含量为0.91%~1.37%。结论:紫萁贯众多糖含量因产地和采收期变化而不同。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of total polysaccharides in Radix Asteris Turcz. and compare the content of numerous sugars in Radix Asteris Turcz. in different producing areas and harvesting periods. Methods: The color was developed by the sulfuric acid-phenol method and spectrophotometrically determined at 490 nm. RESULTS: There were many sugar contents of 1.22%-1.85% in the purple glutinous rice from 12 different producing areas. The varietal sugar content of the purple glutinous rice was 0.91%-1.37% in the same producing area. Conclusion: The purple sugar has different sugar contents due to the change of the place of production and the harvest period.
