所谓职能具有活力是指:各职能一方面能主动地完成本职工作并保持自身必要的职能水平。另一方面能相应于职能任务和立场具有与其它职能良好的协同关系。衡量职能部门或管理人员工作成绩的主要标志应该是职能具有的活力水平,而不能仅局限于专业职能范围。职能具有活力才能使内耗减小,最大限度地发挥广大职工的积极性,实现企业目标。这就必须从改变对人、权威、传统理论的观点出发,采用以下协调原则。(1)始终保持上下左右经常的信息和感
