目的:探讨人蛋白酶体α7亚基(PSMA7)与原发性肝细胞肝癌(HCC)发生发展的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测254例HCC中PSMA7蛋白的表达。结果:在癌组织细胞质中,发现不同临床分期和病理分级之间,PSMA7的表达均无明显差异(P>0.05),但不同肝硬化程度间具有显著性差异(P<0.01),以早期肝硬化患者肝细胞表达量最高。在癌组织细胞核中,不同临床分期之间PSMA7的表达无明显差异(P>0.05),但不同病理分级之间具有显著性差异(P<0.05),同时与肝硬化的程度有一定关系(P<0.05),亦以早期肝硬化患者肝细胞表达量最高。另外,PSMA7的表达在癌组织和癌旁组织的细胞质中无明显差异(P>0.05),而在细胞核中具有显著性差异,癌组织高于癌旁组织(P<0.01)。淋巴结转移组细胞核中的PSMA7表达高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05)。结论:PSMA7在HCC细胞核中表达增高,与病理分期有关。此外,PSMA7的表达与肝硬化程度和淋巴结转移有关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between human proteasome α7 subunit (PSMA7) and the development of primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of PSMA7 protein in 254 HCCs. Results: There was no significant difference in the expression of PSMA7 between the different clinical stages and pathological grade in the cytoplasm of cancer tissues (P> 0.05), but there was a significant difference between different cirrhosis grades (P <0.01) Hardened patients had the highest expression of hepatocytes. There was no significant difference in the expression of PSMA7 between the different clinical stages (P> 0.05) in the nuclei of cancer tissues, but there was a significant difference between the different pathological grades (P <0.05) and the degree of cirrhosis <0.05), and the highest expression of liver cells in patients with early liver cirrhosis. In addition, the expression of PSMA7 had no significant difference in the cytoplasm between cancer tissues and paracancer tissues (P> 0.05), but there was a significant difference in the nucleus. The expression of PSMA7 in cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues (P <0.01). The expression of PSMA7 in the nuclei of lymph node metastasis group was higher than that in non-lymph node metastasis group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The expression of PSMA7 in HCC nucleus is increased, which is related to the pathological stage. In addition, the expression of PSMA7 is associated with the degree of cirrhosis and lymph node metastasis.
