自2011年1月18日陕国投A(000563)和S*ST圣方正(000620)公布2010年年度财务报告(以下简称年报)起,截至2011年4月30日,沪深两市共计2129家上市公司如期公布了2010年年报。其中,沪市上市公司902家,深市主板上市公司486家,深市中小板上市公司553家,创业板上市公司188家;金融类上市公司36家,非金融类上市公司2093家;同时发行A股和H股的上市公司(A+H股上市公司)66家。
Since January 18, 2011 Shan Guotou A (000563) and S * ST Sheng Founder (000620) announced the 2010 annual financial report (hereinafter referred to as the annual report), as of April 30, 2011, Shanghai and Shenzhen totaling 2129 Listed companies on schedule released the 2010 annual report. Among them, 902 listed companies in Shanghai, 486 listed companies in Shenzhen, 553 listed companies in Shenzhen and 188 listed companies in the GEM, 36 listed financial companies and 2,093 listed non-financial companies. At the same time, 66 A-share and H-share listed companies (A + H share listed companies).
