学校德育工作以统一学生善性与美德,培养其优秀道德品质,避免形成不良道德行为为目的。随着改革开放的不断推进,我国社会结构已突破内向封闭型,逐渐朝外向开放型转变,极易受到不同思想观念、思维模式等影响,而处于这种背景下学校自然也会受其影响,严重阻碍学校德育管理工作的顺利开展。
Moral education in schools in order to unify the goodness and virtues of students, develop their excellent moral character, to avoid the formation of bad ethical behavior for the purpose.
