目的选择各种（肌）皮瓣用于舌癌根治术后舌再造术，以获得最佳的外形和功能重建。方法对已采用的额瓣、胸大肌肌皮瓣、胸锁乳突肌肌皮瓣、斜方肌肌皮瓣、带状肌肌皮瓣、前臂游离皮瓣和足背游离皮瓣等修复方法的临床应用进行评价。结果各种（肌）皮瓣的移植成功率为８４％～９３％，外形和功能基本恢复率为８４％。结论在舌缺损的修复中，应根据肿瘤的性质、范围、生物学行为、患者的全身和局部情况和移植（肌）皮瓣供区的条件进行合理的选择，以获得患者满意的生存质量。
Objective To select the various (muscular) flaps for tongue reconstruction after tongue radical surgery for optimal shape and functional reconstruction. Methods The flap, the pectoralis major myocutaneous flap, the sternocleidomastoid myocutaneous flap, the trapezius myocutaneous flap, the myocutaneous myocutaneous flap, the forearm free flap and the dorsomedial flap were repaired Methods of clinical evaluation. Results The success rate of all kinds of skin grafts was 84% -93%, and the basic shape and function recovery rate was 84%. Conclusions In the repair of tongue defects, the reasonable choice should be made according to the nature of the tumor, the range, the biological behavior, the systemic and local conditions of the patient and the conditions of donor skin graft for obtaining the satisfactory quality of life of patients.
