叙述了球铁钢锭模使用过程中热应力的测试方法及数据处理方法,并根据屈服准则比较各测点应力与材料屈服强度极限值之差,分析出钢锭模宽面中下部产生屈服变形的可能性。指出应据此改进球铁钢锭模结构,以保证其各部位的σ0值均远小于相应的σ0.2值,从而延长钢锭模的使用寿命。
