东德STEREMAT公团的HERMANN SCHLIMME公司制造的UNIMATK T—6型,是靠模仿型方式的线电极电火花切割机床。整台机床由电源、靠模与跟踪装置、加工部分及十字工作台等组成。电源为晶体管电路,与机械部分构成一体,结构紧凑。靠模与跟踪装置是一种特殊结构的电气伺服装置。在加工部分,以铜合金丝作为电极,电极丝卷在贮丝筒上,保持一定的张力,并使其上下移动,把工件切割成所需的轮廓形状。十字工作台部分由与仿形靠模的跟踪杆连动的缩放机构构成,跟踪杆仿形靠模,并把所得到的信号传给伺服电机,经缩放机构,再传动加工工作台。从靠模到十字工作台的运动缩小比例为50:1。
UNIMATK T-6, manufactured by HERMANN SCHLIMME GmbH of East German STEREMAT, is a wire-electrode EDM machine of the imitation type.
