目的探讨一种测定血中铅的最佳方法。方法用5%的硝酸脱去血液中的蛋白,离心后取上清液和基体改进剂一同进样,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定。结果方法检出限为7.28μg/L,线性范围50~600μg/L,直线相关系数r在0.998~0.9995间,回收率为88.2%~103.3%,RSD为3.96%~6.26%。结论该方法操作简便、快速,背景干扰少,灵敏度高,适合批量检测。
Objective To explore a method of determining lead in blood. Methods 5% nitric acid was used to remove blood proteins. After centrifugation, the supernatant and matrix modifier were injected together and determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The detection limit was 7.28μg / L, linear range was 50 ~ 600μg / L, linear correlation coefficient was 0.998 ~ 0.9995, the recovery was 88.2% ~ 103.3%, RSD was 3.96% ~ 6.26%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, less background interference, high sensitivity, suitable for batch testing.
