该文将可靠性预测理论和强度及寿命理论结合 ,提出了一种新的锅炉部件工作可靠性的预测方法。分析了影响锅炉部件故障的诸多因素 ,给出了各种因素在威布尔分布下的具体物理涵义。并给出了考虑各种因素共同作用下部件的故障模型 ,以及这些因素对部件可靠度、概率密度函数和故障率影响的物理意义。提出一个从可靠性的角度出发 ,对锅炉部件工作的可靠性进行预测的方法。图 5参 7
This paper combines reliability prediction theory with strength and life theory to propose a new method of predicting the reliability of boiler components. The factors that affect the failure of boiler components are analyzed, and the specific physical meanings of various factors under Weibull distribution are given. The fault models of the components under the combined action of various factors are given, and the physical meaning of these factors on the component reliability, the probability density function and the failure rate is given. A method of predicting the reliability of the operation of boiler components is presented from the viewpoint of reliability. Figure 5 Reference 7
