[目的]了解深圳市龙岗区社区健康服务中心的法定传染病漏报与管理情况,以探讨社康中心传染病管理模式。[方法]随机抽取31家社区健康服务中心1～8月诊治的全部法定传染病进行漏报调查。[结果]社区健康服务中心的传染病总漏报率为2.97%,乙类传染病漏报率高于丙类但差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.16,P=0.69);私营医院社康中心的传染病漏报率高于公立医院但差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.59,P=0.11);社区健康服务中心的传染病漏报率显著高于公立医院的传染病总漏报率(χ2=12.28,P=0.00)及门诊的传染病漏报率(χ2=6.60,P=0.01),低于私营医院的传染病总漏报率(χ2=2.49,P=0.11)及门诊的传染病漏报率(χ2=0.16,P=0.69),但差异无统计学意义。[结论]社区健康服务中心的传染病漏报与管理情况相对较好,但因其缺乏有效的诊断手段,降低了传染病的发现率而不利于社区传染病的控制。
[Objective] To understand the situation of omission and management of notifiable infectious diseases in Community Health Service Center of Longgang District, Shenzhen to explore the management mode of infectious diseases in community health center. [Methods] All the statutory infectious diseases diagnosed and treated in 31 community health service centers from January to August were randomly selected for investigation. [Results] The total missing rate of communicable diseases in Community Health Service Center was 2.97%. The omission rate of infectious diseases in Category B was higher than that in Category C (χ2 = 0.16, P = 0.69). Private hospital community health center (Χ2 = 2.59, P = 0.11). The omission rate of infectious diseases in community health service centers was significantly higher than that of public hospitals (χ2 = 2.59, P = 0.11) = Χ2 = 2.49, P = 0.11) and outpatient infectious diseases (χ2 = 2.49, P = 0.00) and outpatient infectious diseases (χ2 = 6.60, The false negative rate (χ2 = 0.16, P = 0.69), but the difference was not statistically significant. [Conclusion] The community health service center has a relatively good under-reporting and management of infectious diseases, but it lacks the effective diagnosis means to reduce the detection rate of infectious diseases and not to control the communicable diseases in the community.
